All items will be shipped by USPS to arrive in 3 to 5 days from the placement of your order, (depending on USPS COVID 19 limitations.) All orders will be shipped PRIORITY MAIL.

RETURNS: Joe and LeJeune Chavez jewelry will accept returns, for exchange only, for items in their original condition within 7 days of receiving the package. Returns must be authorized via-email {chavezcreation@msn.com”}
RETURN SHIPPING
All returns must be shipped at the expense of the customer. Joe and LeJeune Chavez jewelry is not responsible for any lost packages from the customer. Tracking is strongly recommended when sending an item back.

EXCHANGE POLICY: Each piece is handcrafted in our studio and ALL SALES ARE FINAL – No Credit Card Refunds. You may exchange a piece for credit towards another within 7 days from the date of purchase as long is in it’s original, unworn condition with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones – and the finish of the metal and/or stones are not scratched or marred.
